Profile

Mitsunori Matsushita is currently a professor in the Faculty of Informatics, Kansai University. He received the B. E. degree in precision engineering in 1993, the M. E. degree and Ph. D. in engineering science from the Osaka University, Japan, in 1995, 2003 respectively. From 1995 to 2008, he worked at the NTT Communication Science Laboratories, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation. Since 2008, he is working at Kansai University. His current interests include natural language understanding, information visualization and interaction design. His primary awards are the IPSJ Best Paper Award (2003), the VRSJ Best Paper Award (2007), and the Laval Virtual Award (2013).
